Refund Policy -

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to having a small inventory no refunds are offered. Exchanges or store credit are available depending on availability. If returned the item will be inspected for wear or damage before offering a exchange or store credit. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of stains, scents, or damage

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Email mobkykat83@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Desired size/color

- Also include photos of the item you're returning

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept exchanges on worn, washed, or damaged items, items without tags, or final sale items.
