Shipping   Policy

Shipping and Handling​:

We carry a large inventory and usually ship in-stock orders within 1-2 days excluding weekends and national holidays. The current availability of every item is shown on its order page. 

Shipping charges are determined by the number of products you are ordering. Within the US, there is a shipping and handling fee of $2.50 per order plus $0.50 per item ordered. For USPS Mail, the exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Checkout page before you place your order. Orders shipped within the U.S.A. are shipped via the United States Postal Service, using priority 2- to 3-Day service to most metropolitan areas in the contiguous 48 states USPS Ground Advantage is also offered with a delivery time of 4-5 working business days.

International shipping:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders are dispatched via DHL Express or Air Mail. DHL Express offers fast delivery, full tracking, and expedited customs clearance.

Important:

We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. International Jock is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by Air Mail is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Make sure your address is correct when ordering. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for certain orders.
